MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital business initiatives, from initial idea to implementation

Work with internal stakeholders (including other departments as relevant) to clearly define the digital and technology requirements for the business

The strategic and architectural direction is defined by the CIO/CTO and must be followed at all times to make sure the digitalisation transformation of the business is optimally managed
-
Agree and execute upon realistic performance standards for members of the Technology business unit in collaboration with team leadership and HR as needed
-
Provide input into the development and updating of proposed solutions that are feasible, desirable, and sustainable
-
Ensure that the Technology teams have the necessary infrastructure to effectively deliver their services to the business
-
Coordinate activities in collaboration with multiple parties, internal and external, to successfully execute projects. Define and agree clear timelines and deliverables, documenting decisions effectively

Help manage delivery strategy (such as new launches, automation projects, process changes), including defining relevant pricing strategies, promotional plans, internal or external marketing campaigns

Post-graduate specialization in fields of BI, Informatics, Project Management, Business Administration will be an advantage

Experience in digital transformation roles in banking, ICT businesses or consulting. Verifiable evidence of first-hand, hands-on experience in leading and deploying digital business improvement initiative
