On behalf of our client, a successful freight forwarding company based in Limassol, GRS Recruitment seeking a Documentation Officer.  The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Greek, have a bachelor’s degree, and have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant role.  If you are interested in joining a successful and professional team, then this is the job for you!  We look forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol based Documentation Officer role.  
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare all documentation and invoicing for import and export cargo shipments.
  • Prepare, issue and review bills of lading and cargo documentation.
  • Issue Delivery Orders and release cargo to receivers.
  • Meet deadlines and ensure that all documentation is issued on time so as not to delay any vessel and cargo operations.
  • Update and record all information and costs in Company’s and Line’s operational software and systems.
  • Be available to work AOH/ Weekends/ Holidays, if needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelors’ degree (desired).
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field (desired).
  • Good written and verbal Greek and English
  • Adherence to deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work during weekends and out of office hours
  • Team player (communication and interpersonal skills)
  • Good concentration skills and attention to detail
