GRS are working closely with a leading Hotel Group whose aim is offering unique, exclusive, and specially designed holiday experiences for individual customers. We are currently seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant for their Limassol team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Manager in day to day administrative procedures. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Dealing with correspondence, emails, texts and phone calls of the Manager
  • Managing Manager's diary organizing meetings and appointments, controlling access to the Manager
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation as required
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients and being the first point of contact of the Manager
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, including conducting research, coordinating with third parties across several disciplines and jobs, coordinating receipt and dispatch of Manager's mail
  • Handling petty cash and organizing daily payments (i.e. Collecting requests for payments from staff, informing the Manager and ensuring cheques are issued on time and payments are effected on time)
  • Coordinating receipt and dispatch of Manager's mail
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University graduate in a relevant field, preferably from a UK University
  • Prior administrative experience and PA experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize work and multi-task effectively
  • Detail-oriented and focus on quality results
  • Discretion and trustworthiness
  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00 with 1hour lunch break.
