An established Forex Broker based in Limassol with further international offices in Australia are looking to recruit an Executive Director. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in an Executive Director role and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment and hold the CySEC Advanced Certificate. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee day-to-day operations of all staff, operations and budgets of the local business unit seeking to meet key performance indicators

Work closely with senior management to execute company strategies and determine the direction of the business by leading area team leaders to deliver on their targets and goals

Build a positive, collaborative and productive culture by setting an example of high standards and putting excellence at the center of everything

Ensure employees work productively and oversee continuous professional development for staff to develop to their full potential

Communicate with regulators, authorities, consultants, committees and board members the Company’s position with regard to any inquiry that arises in a precise and timely manner

Create culture of treating clients fairly, privacy protection and healthy corporate governance within the company as a leader of prudent professional conduct and meet internal standards set by the relevant bodies without compromising on quality

Perform other decisions as necessary, such as reviewing reports, making presentations to senior management and the board of directors, and examining how the company can cut expenses and increase revenue

Keep up with current trends in the industry and modern business practices by reading periodicals and consulting with peers
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Business, Finance, Legal or any other relevant field

At least 4 years of experience in as an Executive Director or General Manager role within the Forex industry

CySEC Advanced Certificate is must

Already pre-approved by CySEC as a Director is a must
-
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written

Proven work experience in implementation of performance management and quality control to review work processes

Up-to-date knowledge of forex compliance, best practice and industry trends

Problem-solving and ability to think strategically and creatively

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver effectively under pressure

Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate with ease
