MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding of market trends, sales strategies and financial reporting.
- Build the sales strategy according to business case studies, market share, availability and competition behavior.
- Increase market share, increase availability, increase profitability.
- Ensuring the company meets its sales goals and penetration rates.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Proven experience in the Horeca sector with all its aspects considered a plus.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in Successful previous roles as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in, Business administration, Marketing, accounting or a relevant field
- Excellent command of English language (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent knowledge using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
