One of the most successful Corporate and Commercial law firms in Cyprus, are working in GRS to recruit a Filing Clerk for their Limassol based office. The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience with competent computer skills for creating electronic records. This is an established well-known firm that provides legal services for individuals and companies at a national and multinational level.   • Responsible for the filling of documents both electronically and in hard copy in the library of the office.
  • Identify and name the documents, creating records of all documents.
  • Receive and file all documents accordingly.
  • Prepare electronic file structures.
  • Educated to university degree level.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek
  • Computer proficient with a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Acrobat
