An Administrative Service Provider specialising in global corporate structuring, helping businesses and individuals who wish to protect their assets to invest and expand their operations into new international markets, are working with GRS to recruit a Filing Clerk. The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience with competent computer skills for creating electronic records. This is an established well-known firm that provides legal services for individuals and companies at a national and multinational level. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Electronic file management.
  • Filing of documents.
  • Tracing of documents from the archive.
  • Handling of mail correspondence.
  • Drafting of complex flowchart and diagrams.
  • Undertaking any other duty related to the above and to the provision of administrative services.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language both written and spoken.
  • Excellent computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point).
  • A team player and a highly motivated person.
  • Able to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to deliver results and tasks in a timely manner.
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
