Our client, one of the leading Corporate Advisory Service Companies in Malta are looking for a Financial Associate to join their growing team within their Accounting Department. Our client is a well-established multi-disciplinary company providing services as diverse as Tax, Accounting & Bookkeeping to legal and corporate services. The ideal candidate will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within corporate/financial services or similar. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for ensuring that all assigned tasks are carried out within pre-determined deadlines

Bookkeeping & Reconciliations

Preparation of VAT Returns

Preparation of Management Accounts
-
Preparation of Accounts for Auditors
-
Administer Bank Accounts
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance-related environment

Ability to work independently and within a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills
-
Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within strict deadlines

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Possess problem-solving skills
