A leading legal & Corporate Service firm is looking for a Finance Clerk to join their accounting team in Malta. The role will cover a varied array of accounting duties. The ideal candidate will have an A Level education, be fluent in Maltese & English and have experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organising and prioritising the issuing of invoices
  • Processing and liaising with clients, in connection to invoice related queries
  • Efficiently maintaining customer ledgers
  • Providing quality service to clients
  • Assisting with any other office and accounting duties as may be required
  • Keeping abreast of all legal updates
  • Issues invoices for entities within the organisation
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Educated to an A’level standard and previous working experience in a similar role
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Able to communicate confidently and effectively in both Maltese & English
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
