A fully integrated pharmaceutical company with manufacturing plants in all five continents and over 25,000 employees, is seeking to employ a Finance Clerk who will perform bookkeeping and administrative duties within the Finance Department in Malta. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Posting of Supplier Invoices
  • Posting of Bank Transactions
  • Sending of SOAs
  • Update of Finance Logs
  • Preparation of Work Orders
  • Supplier Reconciliations
  • Upkeep of Time and Attendance Software
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Eligible to work in Malta with no visa restrictions
  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working as a financial clerk.
