An international corporate investor within the IT sphere launching start-ups and supporting them to fully operational companies is working with GRS to recruit a Finance Manager for their Limassol office. The successful will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with fluency in both Greek and English.   • Responsible for new company investments, back-office operational set up.
  • Support the new ventures and supervise their financial, legal and admin functions.
  • Support of the bank account opening process.
  • Keeping track and address the requests from the new group companies.
  • Treasury operations back-up.
  • Company finance control and management.
  • Provide consultancy and training on financial admin and basic legal issues when needed.
  • Maintain good relationship with the services providing companies.
  • Participate in companies’ financial legal structure changes.
  • Ensure external audits of the startups is successfully passed.
  • Follow internal controls procedure and requirements.
  • Financial monitoring of the new ventures.
  • Introduction of budgeting procedure.
  • Educated to degree level in Economics.
  • A minimum of 3 years of previous work experience in a similar role.
  • Finance Manager or similar position in multinational company.
  • Fluent English and Greek, with Russian being advantageous.
  • ACCA, or CIMA would be favorable.
