MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this role, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, from financial reporting and analysis to budgeting and compliance. The Finance Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the financial health of the business while driving profitability and supporting strategic business decisions.

Financial reporting: Prepare and present timely, accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Budgeting and forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and create detailed financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals and market dynamics.

Cost control and analysis: Identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze financial data to improve profitability, and provide actionable insights to management.

Compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards. Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Cash flow management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure financial stability and the ability to meet obligations.

Collaboration with internal teams: Work closely with sales, operations, and executive teams to support business strategies and provide financial insights.

Audit and tax coordination: Coordinate annual audits and manage tax planning and filing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Professional experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the online gaming or technology sectors.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or similar certification is preferred.

Industry knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and tax requirements relevant to the iGaming industry.

Analytical skills: Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.

Software proficiency: Experience with accounting software and financial reporting tools. Advanced Excel skills are essential.

Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively to stakeholders

Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial reports and forecasts.
