GRS is working closely with a long-established and diversified group of companies in Cyprus, currently seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to join their finance team at the head office in Limassol. This key leadership position will oversee financial operations for the group’s division, with responsibility for reporting, compliance, budgeting, and financial oversight across multiple projects. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare, consolidate, and present accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS and relevant accounting standards

Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance

Lead the preparation of monthly and annual management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Manage the year-end audit process, liaising with external auditors and advisors

Maintain robust internal controls and ensure adherence to corporate financial procedures

Prepare and monitor annual budgets and rolling forecasts for multiple business units

Track project costs for hotel renovations, construction works, and property development

Analyse budget variances, monitor cash flow, and implement cost controls

Support strategic decision-making through timely financial insights

Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring high performance and professional development

Liaise with internal departments, banks, and external consultants to support the Group’s financial operations

Oversee and improve payment processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).

Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a financial management role.

Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations.

Proven experience preparing management accounts, budgets, and overseeing audits.

Familiarity with project costing within construction or property development is highly desirable.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Greek and English is essential.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial systems.
