GRS Recruitment is delighted to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Finance Officer to join a dynamic Forex Trading company located in Nicosia. Our client is a leader in the Forex/Fintech industry and is seeking a talented individual who is passionate about finance and eager to contribute to a thriving organization.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile bookkeeping entries
  • Executing online payments in line with company's procedures
  • Perform bank reconciliations and other control reconciliations
  • Monitoring corporate payments (supplier invoices & ad-hoc) as per internal company corporate payments procedure
  • Produce ad-hoc accounting reports and analysis of accounting information
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Achieve to company internal control procedures
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management/Head of Finance.
  • Manage financial records and maintain the accuracy of accounts.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in the financial planning process.
  • Monitor daily transactions to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Review and manage payment processing procedures.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required
  • Substantial experience in finance, preferably within the forex industry or a related financial services sector, is essential
  • A deep understanding of financial regulations requirements relevant to the forex industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory authorities
  • High ethical standards and integrity are critical for maintaining trust and credibility in financial management roles, particularly in highly regulated industries like forex.
