DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Verify, allocate, post and reconcile bookkeeping entries

Executing online payments in line with company's procedures

Perform bank reconciliations and other control reconciliations
-
Monitoring corporate payments (supplier invoices & ad-hoc) as per internal company corporate payments procedure

Produce ad-hoc accounting reports and analysis of accounting information
-
Liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records
-
Support month-end and year-end close process
-
Achieve to company internal control procedures
-
Any other duties as assigned by Management/Head of Finance.

Manage financial records and maintain the accuracy of accounts.

Prepare financial reports and assist in the financial planning process.

Monitor daily transactions to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Review and manage payment processing procedures.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required

Substantial experience in finance, preferably within the forex industry or a related financial services sector, is essential
-
A deep understanding of financial regulations requirements relevant to the forex industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory authorities
-
High ethical standards and integrity are critical for maintaining trust and credibility in financial management roles, particularly in highly regulated industries like forex.
