Our client, an international investment consulting firm with a strong focus on real estate, is seeking to recruit a Financial Administrator to join their growing team in Larnaca.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Record and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Manage AP / AR
  • Process payroll and maintain relevant records.
  • Prepare basic financial reports
  • Assist external accountants with tax preparation, audits, and other financial matters.
  • Communicate and liaise effectively with key partners, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Input, maintain, and update spreadsheets and databases.
  • Reconcile departmental expenses and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Maintain organised filing systems and assist with scanning and archiving legal and financial documentation.
  • Assist with financial forecasting and financial modelling.
  • Support budgeting and financial monitoring for renovation and property development projects.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's financial strategy.
  • Assist with cash-flow management and capital allocation.
  • Undertake general financial and administrative duties as required.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €22,000 - €26,000 Gross Per Annum
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
