MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform independent review and analysis of companies from a financial and market perspective.

Prepare written reports and presentations.

Build financial forecasting models utilizing Microsoft Excel.

Participate in due diligence and investigations.
-
Conduct industry, market, and company research on an ad hoc basis.

Prepare and support in the delivery of client proposals to win new engagements.
-
Ensure high-quality output and timely execution of projects.
-
Flexibility to train and work alongside the financial advisory UK teams.

Engage and establish relationships with client personnel at all levels.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Holder of ACA, ACCA or CFA certificates or any other internationally recognised professional accounting qualification.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in audit or advisory services, ideally with experience in restructuring services or transaction services.

Solid knowledge of financial and accounting principles

Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal

Expertise in Microsoft Office products, foremost Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational and time-management skills
-
Strong problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to travel to the UK for training purposes and when necessary for the completion of projects.
