A dynamic Payment start-up in Limassol is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Financial & Transaction Manager to join their growing team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Transactions:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of financial and operational transactions, from initiation to completion.

Acting as a transactions initiator and verifier.

Prompt and accurate execution of client’s transactions and bank requests.

Act as a central point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external parties to facilitate transaction processes.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory or contractual requirements.

Prepare and present financial reports, including analysis of transaction profitability and outcomes.

Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper recording and reconciliation of all transactions.

Manage the end-to-end process of fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat transactions.

Maintain detailed transaction records for auditing and reporting purposes.
Financial Management:

Review, analyze, and recommend client pricing structures to align with market trends and company objectives.

Monitor client profitability and recommend adjustments to ensure sustainable margins.

Overseeing the monthly bank reconciliation process to maintain accurate financial records.

Liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure timely filings and audits.

Preparation of business plans, financial strategies, budgets and forecasts for the group.

Manage day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Maintain close cooperation with banking institutions.

Liaise with external advisors and service providers as required.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, AML, policies and tax requirement
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, ideally within the FinTech or technology sector.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and reporting skills.

Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
