MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect and interpret data: company financial statements, price developments, currency adjustments

Searching and interpretation of data connected with current venture portfolio and target companies

Negotiations with top management of Venture companies on all steps: investment decision-making, ongoing communications regarding internal reports and during external audit process

Prepare and design reports and analysis, including data sources, security, and metadata

Identify and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets –analysis of venture markets

Processing confidential data and information according to company’s guidelines

Locate and define new process improvement opportunities as well as conduct research of new trends and markets

Work with management to prioritize business and information needs as well as communicate and build strong relationships with companies and partners.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University graduate in Finance, Business, Economics or related field

At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in venture capital or private equity industry and technologies, financial forecasting

Fluent Russian/Ukrainian is a must, English – advanced;

Ultimate knowledge of MS Office pack, especially Excel tools
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work cross-functionally across the portfolio and various operational groups
-
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00-18.00
