MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining and management of client accounts in an internal system

Confirmation and reconciliation of debtors' balances
-
Performing bank reconciliations of accounts in financial institutions and payment system providers

Checking payment details, payment requests, and invoices
-
Corresponding with financial partners abroad on a daily basis
-
Expense verification management
-
Processing and authorization of payments
-
Close cooperation with the compliance department in the management of debtors
-
Specific projects which may rise from time to time
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
At least 3+ years of previous working experience in the Finance and/or Accounting departments of private companies

Reconciliation and primary operations accounting experience
-
Experience in management of clients’ balances
-
Knowledge of AML, compliance procedures
-
Payment processing experience, mass payment through PSPs
-
Communication skills and writing literacy
-
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
