MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing 1st and 2nd level support to the EPM users, collaborating with the implementation partner on issue resolution and with the group finance team on updating and writing SOPs as needed
  • Conducting ongoing training to existing EPM users on various aspects of the OneStream application and onboarding new users to ensure high-quality and timely reporting
  • Participating in projects to develop and implement new analyses and reporting models, particularly focusing on automating data loading from local ERP systems to Onestream
  • Development reports and dashboards in OneStream’s dedicated module
  • Designing and setting up system interfaces between EPM software and various Group applications
  • Reviewing and configuring changes of financial consolidation, business planning and budgeting functions in OneStream according to the system stakeholder’s requests
  • Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organisation

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Educated to university degree level or the equivalent  in Information Technology/Computer Science with exposure in Finance/Accounting, or a degree in Finance/Accounting with exposure to IT systems;
  • An analytical mindset and a passion for developing a unique blend of knowledge in finance and IT;
  • Fluency in the English language both written and spoken;
  • Experience in administrating, configuring and testing financial applications;
  • Good time management and organisational skills;
  • Knowledge of SQL and programming
