An authorized electronic Money Institute duly licensed by FCA in the United Kingdom, are working with GRS to recruit a Fraud Risk Team Leader to join their Limassol team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in Risk Management at a supervisory level. They are part of one of the world’s largest financial services companies who have launched a debit card program for its existing and new customers. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Team Leader responsibilities over the process and resources, taking initiative to delegate effectively clear communication and accurately report the progress of the team.
  • Analyzing clients’ Money In, Money Out and Trading behavior and identifying high risk activity in the financial systems.
  • Overseeing and monitoring alerts within Business’s automated risk fraud monitoring system.
  • Run the prevention of money laundering protocols and reports.
  • Develop and operate the risk management protocol, communicate with the banking and processing partners in an effort to reduce the company’s risk of exposure to fraud (unauthorized use of cards/accounts, money laundering).
  • Operate the chargeback registration and reporting system.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports to the risk manager involving damage control and exposures.
  • Approve and monitor large withdrawal requests according to the service level agreements provided by the Operations Department.
  • Identify 3rd party payments and handle them according to the company’s policy.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in Risk Management, Back Office and CRM systems, preferably in the Payment Solutions sector.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Experience in payments processing (Credit Cards / PayPal / Online Wires / Wallets) handling.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • English at a high fluency level, both written and verbal communication.
  • Detail oriented and focused.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and with strict deadlines.
  • Strong sense of professionalism, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Relevant academic degree would be advantageous.
  • Statistical analyses experience would be favourable.
