GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with a growing and international Forex Broker who are recruiting a confident and experienced French speaking Back Office Officer to join their office based in central Limassol. This company has been established within the Forex Sector for a number of years and prides itself on being one of the top places to trade Forex. The successful candidate offers excellent computer skills with a clear understanding of the CySEC regulation and speaks fluent French.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and review client documents and file/scan appropriately

Continuously liaise with clients regarding collection of documentation
-
Issue, review and follow up various financial reports as per standard procedures

Processing client funds
-
Provide back up and holiday cover for other administrator in the back office team
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Experience in a similar position in financial services
-
Fluency in French is a must, additionally fluency in English, Spanish or Italian would be considered an advantage

Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office
-
Strong administrative background
-
Previous Back Office experience is a must
-
Compliance awareness within a regulated environment

Methodical with excellent time-keeping skills

Ability to deliver under pressure
