A leading outsource firm is looking for to a French Speaking Customer Support Team Leader to manage their Customer Services team in Malta. You will lead and direct a team of Customer Support agents whilst ensuring quality and efficiency are always achieved. You will also provide ongoing support, motivate, coach, and develop members of your team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English and ideally have 1 years’ experience in a similar role within iGaming. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and lead a strong and motivated team to achieve set/agreed targets whilst maintaining quality standards.
  • Coach, train and develop the team around you to ensure the highest standards of customer service are always provided to our customers.
  • Scheduling the team to ensure that adequate resource is in place to cover business needs.
  • Recruit new team members, ensuring a dynamic and high performing team is maintained.
  • Ensure team members understand how to meet performance expectations and provide ongoing support.
  • Develop short term improvement plans for low performing individuals with clearly defined measures of success.
  • Identify training needs within the team.
  • Monitor the quality of the teams’ activity across all platforms including live chat & emails.
  • Keeping up to date with operational changes that affect CS and relaying those changes effectively.
  • Measuring and assessing quality in line with individual and team KPI’s.
  • Motivating team members and ensuring a positive and enjoyable working environment.
  • Ensure Compliance procedures are adhered to by everyone.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bilingual - Native in French and fluent in English is a must
  • Willingness to work on shifts (08:00-16:30, 11:30-20:00, 13:45-22:15).
  • You have a positive and a can-do attitude with a flexible approach.
  • Good at motivating others to ensure performance levels are exceeded. 
  • Leadership skills
  • Have a genuine interest in the online sector.
  • Have a positive outlook and encourage others to do the same. 
  • Take accountability and responsibility for tasks at hand. 
  • Can constructively share thoughts and suggestions for improvements.  
  • Natural ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Tech-savvy and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
