A professional Forex firm is looking for an Italian & French speaking Operations Officer to join their team in Switzerland (Chiaso). You will work in the Operations department and will be responsible for day-to-day foreign exchange operations, customer service, identification and anti-money laundering (KYC) practices, payments, auditing and reporting. The perfect candidate will fluent in Italian & French and have experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Support

Daily currency exchange operations on the FX market

Interaction with the company's accountant, employees, institutional clients and suppliers

AML and KYC checks, verifications and reports

Internal audit

Assistance to the Operation Manager
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Knowledge of French and Italian at advanced level C1 - ADVANCED 2

At least 5 years' experience in a trust company, accounting, accounting, tax firm or similar role

Passion for the financial sector

Computer skills, web and Google Suite

Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues and retail clients

A degree in economics, knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools is a huge plus
