This position is based within the Sales department where you will be the first point of contact with clients. The successful candidate will be proficient in office software, a good communicator and team player.   • Meet and greet walk-in customers
  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Manage the company inbox and respond accordingly
  • Provide essential information about models and starting prices to prospective clients
  • Fill in marketing surveys, test drive logs and follow-ups
  • Assist in the checking of documents and contracts, compile reports and prepare the necessary documentation for the sales executive
  • Update stock, promote and sell accessories and branded goods
  • Keep stationery promotional material up to date and in accordance with the Franchise Standards
  • Office suite software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
