A leading advertising agency who go the extra mile to create work that is awe inspiring and gets talked about, are working with GRS to recruit a Front of House Coordinator for their Nicosia offices. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s administrative support experience, with an outgoing personality and fluency in both Greek and English. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a creative environment where no 2 days will be the same. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the first point of contact at reception and answer the company’s switchboard.
  • Send out press releases.
  • Actively follow up on media publication of press releases.
  • Ensure tidiness of meeting rooms.
  • Keep diary timetable of meetings.
  • Monitor publicity portal and produce preformatted reports for Agency Clients.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A minimum of 1 years’ previous administrative support experience.
  • Fully fluent in both Greek & English.
  • Very good knowledge of Office (Power Point, Excel, Word).
  • Pleasant and polite manner.
  • Possess strong self-initiative.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Team player attitude.
  • Please note the working hours are presently 08:30-15:00 due to COVID restrictions, but this will change to 08:30-17:00.
