A dynamic B2B Software company which creates beautiful tech for Casino, Affiliates and e-Money institutions is looking for a Frontend Tech Team Lead to join their team in Malta. You will guide and mentor other frontend developers, code reviews, help with the technical backlog, participate in both technical and business tasks. The perfect candidate will have 3 years’ experience as a Senior frontend developer, 4 years’ experience in Angular and be great with JavaScript/Typescript. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers
  • Work with seniors developers to keep coding guidelines aligned between teams
  • Write clean, and maintainable code
  • Participate in code reviews and push other developers to write clean and maintainable code, while documenting new code guidelines
  • Flexible to shift between teams in an allocated sector
  • Contribute to high-level estimates and help to deliver within those set time frames
  • Contribute to and help manage the technical backlog
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior frontend developer
  • Minimum of 4 years working with Angular
  • Excellent JavaScript and Typescript Knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of the Redux pattern, RxJS and SCSS
  • Good communication skills
  • Working in a Scrum Team
  • Ability to switch context and understand, test and debug different applications
GREAT TO HAVE
  • Knowledge of NGXS and Apollo GraphQL
  • Knowledge in websockets/SignalR
  • Experience in the iGaming industry
  • Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Architect Role
