A growing start-up company with offices in Larnaca is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a dedicated and versatile Full Stack Developer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building software, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a startup environment where ideas move fast and impact is immediate.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and iterate on quick proof-of-concepts to test emerging ideas and product directions

Develop across the stack, from backend services to polished front-end interfaces

Research, experiment with, and integrate new APIs, tools, and frameworks

Work closely with leadership and product teams to refine concepts and bring them to life

Write clean, modular, and reusable code with a focus on speed and impact

Deliver working prototypes in tight cycles while balancing technical quality
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Solid full stack development experience, with confidence in both frontend and backend environments

Familiarity with modern tech stacks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, etc.)

A rapid prototyping mindset: you can build things fast without sacrificing purpose

Creativity in problem-solving and a hunger to experiment

Comfort working autonomously and taking initiative
