A pan-European technology investment firm are working with GRS to recruit a Fund Finance Analyst for their Nicosia office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Fund Finance Analyst, you will be involved in all things related to fund finance, such as the valuation process, assisting the payments function for all investment vehicles and managing the liquidity and capital activities of the investment vehicles as well as liaising with administrators, auditors & other external service providers. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reconciliation of cash transactions of companies under supervision.

Oversight of financial, investor, and regulatory reporting.

Assistance of annual audit process for all investment vehicles. Review of audited financial statements & other deliverables.

Preparation of valuation models and other valuation documentation in relation to portfolio companies.

Assistance in management of Fund cash and liquidity, capital calls & distributions.

Supporting investment vehicle payment function.

Opportunity to assist in a variety of other ad-hoc projects.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA would be advantageous but not a necessity.

You have at 2-4 years of relevant working experience. Previous experience working in the funds industry and/or prior experience in big 4/audit or fund administrator would also be highly beneficial.

You are detail oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize and execute projects diligently.

You are a self-starter, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Fluent English.
