The selected candidate will support and provide a professional and efficient service to our client’s customers. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Liaise with claimant and advising them on any issues that arise

Help the insurer investigate the claim to ensure its genuine

Work with risk analysts, brokers, and underwriters to

Ensure a fair settlement and good customer service for the client
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
An advances level of Education
-
Insurance diploma or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry
-
An outgoing personality, motivated and able to work well without supervision
-
Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
-
Ability to multitask
-
Fluent in Maltese and English, both verbal & written
