Our client, a prominent confidential corporate company with a team of over one hundred employees and growing and working with GRS to recruit a General Business Claims handler to join their growing team in Malta. The selected candidate will support and provide a professional and efficient service to our client’s customers. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Liaise with claimant and advising them on any issues that arise
  • Help the insurer investigate the claim to ensure its genuine
  • Work with risk analysts, brokers, and underwriters to  
  • Ensure a fair settlement and good customer service for the client
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • An advances level of Education
  • Insurance diploma or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry
  • An outgoing personality, motivated and able to work well without supervision
  • Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Fluent in Maltese and English, both verbal & written
