On behalf of our client, a large Non-Profit Organization, wishes to hire an experienced and dynamic person in the position of Executive General Manager based in Limassol.
  • Member of the Management Board of the Organization without the right to vote. It reports to the Board of Directors of the Organization and is responsible for the implementation of the decisions of the Board of Directors.
  • Responsible for submitting the decisions of the Management Team and the policy proposals in the general interest of the Agency, for final approval, when necessary.
  • Supervises the members of the Management Team, the heads of the Directorates of the Organization and any Committee, as it results from its duties and responsibilities.
  • Conveys the vision, mission and values of the Organization to the staff and ensures their commitment to achieving the goals of the Organization.
  • Coordinates, develops and proposes to the Board of Directors the Strategic Plan for the achievement of existing and future objectives and monitors their implementation.
  • Coordinates, prepares, develops and proposes to the Board of Directors the annual operational plan of the Organization and its budget in accordance with the strategic plan and monitors its implementation.
  • Prepares the annual activity report of the Organization and other reports or studies, collection and analysis of reports, protocols, as requested by the Management Board.
  • Organizes, manages, coordinates, monitors, supervises and controls the performance of the Organization, in order to ensure that the services provided are in accordance with  the philosophy and vision of the Organization, the applicable laws and regulations and internal regulations as well as the instructions of the Board of Directors.
  • Manage and control of economic activities. It provides financial supervision in the implementation of the budget to ensure effective spending and compliance.
  • Human Resource Management and coordination of the management team's activity.
  • Determines, systems of evaluation of Human Resources.
  • Coordinates the staff for the organization of training and educational programs, conferences, workshops, ceremonies.
  • It sets out mechanisms for controlling and implementing internal procedures and policies.
  • Prepares, drafts, amends, amends, and controls rules, regulations, procedures, internal regulations, codes of conduct, contracts and service plans, memoranda, letters and contingency plan, in the same way the administrative structures and systems, to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations and the sustainable and effectiveness of the Organization in the provision of the agreed services.
  • University degree or title or equivalent qualification in any subject and Postgraduate diploma or degree in Business Administration, Service Administration or other subject related to the duties and responsibilities of this position.
  • At least five years of experience in the management of a large organization with increased levels of responsibility, or involvement in a senior managerial/administrative position that includes planning, organization, guidance, coordination and control of tasks.
  • Very good knowledge of the Greek language and / or English language.
  • Possession of languages at the required level should be documented by the candidates either through accepted documents or through examinations up to the closing date of the submission of applications.
  • Very good knowledge of Computers.
