A fully licensed FX Brokerage company specialising in Forex and CFDs with offices in Malta and other European locations is looking for a German speaking Account Manager to join their team in Frankfurt. The ideal candidate will have experience in a FX and be fluent in German. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage relationships with potential clients and existing clients

Reactivate old clients

Build solid relationships and trust with clients and improve business over the phone

Educate clients on how to use the company’s trading platforms

Be proactive in contacting clients by telephone and email to promote the company’s products and services

Assist with incoming queries from all prospects and clients by telephone and email

Enter and maintain detailed and accurate records on the company’s systems
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Native/Fluent German, both verbal and written is a must

Very good knowledge in English

Client focused with excellent customer service

Strong ability to work under pressure and target oriented

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
