On behalf of our client, a leading Digital Marketing company, GRS are looking to recruit for a German Customer Support Agent to join their team in central Malta. This is a Monday to Friday role where you will be asked to work one day per month also at the weekend. You will be required to provide top-notch service to customers across a number of communication channels for the German market. The company has modern offices in central Malta and is a fun and lively place to work. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Understand products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and German)
  • Ability to foster and maintain relationships
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
  • Positive and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
  • Basic computer skills and excellent phone disposition
  • Willingness to work independently or as part of a team
