GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit a German Speaking Back Office Officer on behalf of an online exchange which is buying and selling cryptocurrencies. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a back office role, preferably from a payment’s solutions company or the financial services and the ability to work rotational shifts until 21:00.   • Customer account establishment, maintenance and closure procedures
  • Receive and review client documents and file/scan appropriately Customer Identification process (KYC)
  • Continuously liaise with clients regarding collection of documentation
  • Processing client’s deposits and withdrawals
  • Record Keeping procedures
  • Monitor Sales
  • Any other assigned tasks by the management
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or any other relevant field
  • At least a year of experience in a Back Office role within the Financial Services, Forex or Payments industries
  • Must be able to perform an intensive highly responsible job quickly and accurately
  • Fluency in German and English is a must
  • Any other language would be an advantage
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office application
  • Timely completion of individual/teamwork
  • Demonstration of willingness to contribute to team beyond own immediate tasks
  • Rotational shifts from 08:00 to 17:00 and 12:00 to 21:00
