DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage client accounts, updating documentation and personal information accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clients with clear and comprehensive information regarding products and services.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, resolving issues effectively.
- Support new clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Liaise closely with internal departments, including Compliance and Back Office, to deliver outstanding client support.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client journey and improve service delivery.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing, customer support, account management, or relationship management role.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- AML and/or CySEC certification will be considered an advantage.
- Professional, trustworthy, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €24,000 - €48, 000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
