On behalf of our client, a globally regulated CFD and Forex Broker with Head Quarters in Australia and further offices internationally, GRS are seeking to recruit a German Speaking Client Relationship Officer to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have proven experience in Sales or Business Development within the FX industry and needs to be fluent in German and English. If you believe you have the required skills and experience, then this German Speaking Client Relationship Officer position would be a great opportunity to work in a varied role for a company who believe in building long term relationships.
  • Assist in the onboarding of trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers and other company partners
  • Develop the country, territory or region you have been assigned to including but not limited to converting the leads to clients and acquiring & establishing business relationships with new and existing partners
  • Proactively work to retain and to reactivate clients and partners
  • Negotiate the terms of each partnership based upon the existing rebate structures
  • Assist in monitoring of affiliates and partners on a regular basis to optimize their activities and performance
  • Promote the company’s products and services and keep up to date with the financial markets
  • Assist with incoming queries from all prospects and clients by telephone, email and other communication channels supported by the company
  • Enforce prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework as per the company policies and ethics
  • Work with the team to ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Travel to conferences and business meetings where required
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or any other field
  • Native/Fluent in English and German is a must
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development or IB’s and Affiliates within the Forex industry  
  • A broad understanding of financial markets and trading, preferably with foreign exchange
  • Client focused with excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to influence and persuade a mutually beneficial outcome for the company and the client
  • Excellent communication and written skills as well as attention to detail
  • Be dynamic, self-motivated and competitive, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Work well independently as well as in a team
  • Willing and flexible enough to work shifts to provide coverage for your territory when required
