On behalf of our client a reputable and well-established Forex company, GRS are seeking to recruit a German speaking Customer Support Officer for their Limassol Cyprus based offices. The successful candidate will be fluent in German both verbally and in writing and will provide excellent customer service throughout the organization by interacting with customers to provide assistance on various requests, handle complaints, process orders and provide information about the offered products and services. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
•             Supporting clients with any inquiries, through the means of communication established
•             Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving them accordingly
•             Provide existing and Prospective Clients with relevant information regarding the website and products offered by the Company
•             Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries correctly
•             Record details of all inquiries, comments, and complaints
•             Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated person and/or department
•             Providing assistance to Prospective Clients with respect to the Account Opening Process
•             Communicate and coordinate issues with other departments
•             Always communicate precise and correct information
•             Communicate and coordinate issues with other departments
•             Carry out any further duties assigned by the Line Manager
 
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
 
•             Fluent in German, both in writing and verbally.
•             Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
•             Multitasking skills
•             Effective communication both verbally and written
•             Basic Computer knowledge
•             Ability to work in rotating shifts and availability to work overtime when/if required. Shifts might include weekends.
•             Work experience in customer support or similar position
•             Pleasant personality and good team player
