DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide customer support in German via email, live chat, phone, and messaging platforms

Assist clients with account verification, platform navigation, deposits, withdrawals, and general inquiries

Clearly explain company procedures, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and available services
-
Liaise with internal departments to resolve technical or compliance matters
-
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system
-
Ensure communication aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements
-
Contribute to improving client experience through feedback and process optimization
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Native or fluent German speaker
-
Professional working proficiency in English
-
Previous experience in customer support (financial services or brokerage experience is an advantage)

Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset

Ability to work in a fast paced, regulated environment

Comfortable using CRM systems and support tools
Nice to Have

Experience in CFDs, forex, or financial markets

Familiarity with MT4/MT5 platforms
-
Knowledge of KYC/AML processes
