Our client a global business consultancy supporting business expansion and immigration support for business clients globally now have an opportunity for a Global Business Expansion Coordinator to join their global and growing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Immigration, you will source information on the process of setting up new business entities or registrations in international locations worldwide. As an ideal candidate for this role, you would be focused, and organized with a degree in business administration or experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, Business Admin Support or similar. Hybrid or Remote working is available for this role for the right candidate.   • Source service providers and contacts for setting up new global business entities within a country (EU/Asia)

  • Set up introductory calls with clients to confirm the service that we will be supporting

  • Set up Service Level Agreements with service providers for GBE and Immigration solutions

  • Ongoing communication via email with client/service provider to relay and follow up on required documentation to complete the service, update client/service provider regularly of the progress of service

  • Document company/payroll formation options, including benefits and considerations, fees, requirements and timescales and file information collated for different countries

  • Continually monitor and respond to emails within 24 hour timeframe

  • Update internal and external reports as requirements change for GBE and Immigration

  • Update internal systems and notify marketing team of new country GBE and immigration solutions

  • Deal with all new enquiries and assign tasks to finance department to raise invoice

  • Keep an open line of communication with the service provider to ensure service is on schedule

  • Support Corporate Immigration requirements as and when services are requested.

  • Communicate between the client and the in-country representative

  • Keep up to date with immigration updates, record and file the information



  • International Business degree or equivalent experience of International Business 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of a higher grade administrative role working with an international company dealing with multiply countries and/or cultures

  • Understand Global business expansion and its function

  • Understand different types of business within different countries (EU/Asia

  • Strong and effective communications skills, fluency in Englis

  • Advanced IT skills and presentation of information and office 365.

  • Understand advanced and international business terminology
