On behalf of our client a leading provider of foreign exchange and CFD trading based in Nicosia, with further international offices is seeking to recruit a Global Chief Marketing Officer. The successful candidate must have at least 7 years of solid experience in a Marketing Manager role within the Forex, Gaming or Betting industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the firm’s global marketing strategy and lead a team of 40 professionals worldwide as well as manage annual advertising budgets of $25 million.   • Prepare overall marketing strategy; budget, regionalization, campaigns
  • Actively track and report on performance of marketing budget and relevant KPIs
  • Keep up on latest trends and technology
  • Manage the company’s social media presence and PR efforts
  • Manage the 40 person global marketing team
  • Ensure each team member has clear goals/objectives and is provided adequate feedback and performance reviews
  • Manage and grow the firm’s affiliate marketing program
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive results
  • Develop and measure key metrics around the business including user acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates etc
  • Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, strategic planning, revenue retention and growth
  • Review and approve advertising campaigns, marketing reports, vendor contracts and expenditures
  • Manage relations with marketing partners and vendors
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Degree in Marketing or any other relevant field
  • Exceptional knowledge of marketing techniques and platforms
  • At least 7 years of well-rounded marketing and business development experience
  • Experience within the Forex, Financial Services, Gaming or Betting industry is a must
  • Experience developing a marketing and brand strategy in line with strategic vision of an organization
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Additional languages: French, Spanish, German will be considered an advantage
  • Expertise in Google; analytics, ad words, ad scripts, and offline conversion as well as Facebook equivalents
  • Previous experience with Dynamic Bidding, Dynamic Ads, Display Automation, Micro-Segmentation, Micro Conversions, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Life Time Value (LTV), App Store Optimization (ASO), Retargeting/Remarketing/RLSA, Account Based Marketing (ABM)
  • In-dept knowledge of Interaction Studio,Tableau, Income Access
  • In-depth knowledge of big data analysis and marketing automation
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • SEO and PPC expertise
  • Experience leading successful affiliate marketing programs
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
