GRS Recruitment is searching for a Global Head of Partnerships & IB Expansion to join a growing brand in the heart of Limassol. The successful candidate will step into a senior, high-impact leadership role at a globally recognised trading and fintech group. With millions of clients worldwide and operations across multiple regulated jurisdictions, the business continues to scale rapidly and invest in long-term growth. This role sits at the heart of global expansion. You will define strategy, build powerful partnerships, unlock new markets, and scale a high-performing international team. You’ll act as the face of the business to top-tier IBs and strategic partners, while working closely with senior leadership to shape long-term revenue and market positioning.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Own and execute the global business development strategy with a strong focus on Introducing Brokers and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify, attract, and onboard high-impact IBs across key global markets.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and structure IB agreements that drive long-term value and scalability.
  • Build, manage, and optimise a global IB ecosystem, setting KPIs and performance benchmarks to maximise revenue and engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, compliance, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions and compelling partner propositions.
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to support international expansion.
  • Represent the organisation at major industry events, conferences, and senior-level partner meetings.
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of business development and IB professionals across regions.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven reporting to senior leadership on pipeline performance, partner health, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure all IB activities align with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards across jurisdictions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Extensive senior-level experience in business development, partnerships, or IB management within fintech, brokerage, trading platforms, or financial services.
  • Proven expertise in building, managing, and scaling Introducing Broker networks globally.
  • Strong leadership experience managing international, remote, and regional teams.
  • Deep understanding of global financial markets and trading products
  • Excellent commercial instincts with a track record of delivering measurable revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging C-level executives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, multi-regulated environments.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and manage across time zones.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a strong advantage
