A long-standing global technology company is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Global Talent Acquisition Leader to join their Cyprus based offices. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in global talent acquisition, operations, and team leadership. This individual will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to build a high-caliber talent pipeline that aligns with our company’s growth and innovation goals.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Foster an environment of excellence, innovation, and accountability, ensuring the team is well-prepared to manage recruitment at all levels, including senior leadership roles.
  • Lead the recruitment process for senior and strategic roles across diverse global markets.
  • Drive the scaling and optimization of global talent acquisition operations, ensuring streamlined processes and consistent experiences for candidates.
  • Integrate data-driven strategies, tools, and metrics to improve recruitment efficiency and impact.
  • Use key recruitment data and analytics to evaluate the success of talent acquisition efforts, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness, and continuous process enhancement.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Talent Development to provide a seamless experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with leadership teams, hiring managers, and HR departments to forecast hiring requirements and design flexible recruitment strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry networks to strengthen our employer brand and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Leverage technology and data analytics to streamline recruitment processes, improve the candidate experience, and boost hiring efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across all regions, including the Americas, EMEA, India, Africa, Asia, and LATAM.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Around 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in a leadership role within international/global organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting both technical and non-technical talent across a range of global markets.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise solutions, cloud services, AI, and cybersecurity talent pools.
  • Experience hiring for roles in software engineering, solutions architecture, sales, business support, and product management within the tech sector.
  • Expertise in recruiting within professional services, consulting, and B2B technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of global hiring practices, labour laws, and cultural differences.
  • Proven experience in leading recruitment operations, including process optimization and technology integration.
  • Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to use ATS platforms and AI-based recruitment tools.
  • Experience with BPO recruiting, as well as recruiting for professional services, sales, and business support functions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic organization, with the flexibility to adapt to shifting business needs.
