The successful candidate needs to have great knowledge of brokerage procedures and key functions such as dealing, Compliance and experience with local and offshore regulations. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

Direct all activities of the company including Compliance, Finance, R&D, Risk Management, Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales and HR.

Establish, implement, and oversee organisational and departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board and management members, and staff members as necessary

Supervise the development of the commercial activities of the company

Develop, maintain, and enhance strategic relationships with institutional partners

Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term growth and excellence

Ensure that the responsibilities of staff are accomplished to achieve business objectives

Supervise and monitor results

Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships amongst the teams

CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University graduate in a relevant field
-
Holder of Advanced CySEC certification will be considered an advantage
-
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior management functions
-
Fluency in English languages at a professional level
-
Strong knowledge and extensive experience in dealing, finance, compliance, and regulatory matters
-
Strong and deep knowledge of all operating functions of CFD and Stockbroker
-
Strong management and organisational skills
-
Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset

Strong leadership and delegation skills
