A dynamic online marketing company are working with GRS to recruit a Group Tax Manager to join their expanding team in Limassol, Cyprus. We are seeking an energetic and personable professional with exceptional communication, and time management skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in taxation in a large corporate environment, and a high fluency in English. The prime location of their Limassol office and rewarding culture makes this a great opportunity to join this growing international company as a Group Tax Manager.



  • Facilitate and manage the preparation and review of tax returns in our different jurisdictions, as well as federal and state tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.
  • Plan for and develop overall return calendar and coordinate timing and inputs with Finance team.
  • Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures.
  • Work closely with the Finance team on intercompany activities.
  • Serve as a liaison with Finance, Accounting and Legal lines of business and other internal partners to ensure appropriate management of tax reporting and risk.
  • Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
  • Manage and facilitate income tax audits: preparing responses, creating schedules, etc.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments, and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.
  • Provide support with various internal audits and special tax related projects.



  • 5+ years of experience in taxation in a large corporate environment, Big 4 accounting firm, or a combination of both.
  • Professional qualification preferred.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment.
  • Leadership qualities to know when to escalate issues and how to propose solutions to issues.
  • Extensive corporate tax knowledge.
  • Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance and procedures for corporations.
  • Familiarity with U.S. federal, state and local reporting requirements.
  • Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
  • Strong ability to utilize project management and accounting best practices to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
