GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with an international payment solutions company with offices in Larnaca to recruit a Growth and Development Consultant. The company specializes in providing exceptional service for their clients with tailor-made solutions based on their needs.  The successful candidate will ideally have experience within a Payment Solutions or Financial Technology industry with a passion for offering the best possible service and delivering results.  If you have experience as a Growth and Development Consultant, we are looking forward to receiving your application for this Larnaca based role. 


  • Serve customers by selling available solutions and meeting customer requirements.
  • Account manage existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to contact existing or potential customers and other trade factors
  • Submit sales contracts
  • Coordinate sales with marketing programs
  • Study existing and potential volume of clients
  • Work with the senior management and keep them informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and techniques
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
  • Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales


  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to meet sales goals and present the company’s product to future clients
  • Excellent closing, prospecting, negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to form business relationships with clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships across all management levels
  • Open to travel for networking events and/or client presentations
