GRS are representing a newly established FX Broker who are seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to assume the position Head of Banking for their Limassol offices. The successful candidate will assist with the development and support of the growth of the business through establishing and managing relationships with banking institutions. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish, manage and promote strong relationships with foreign and local correspondent banks

Develop, promote and support the growth of the business in the international circles through correspondence relationships

Open correspondent bank accounts in the European Union and abroad and engages with internal key stakeholders to facilitate account opening activities

Oversee and coordinate internally the process of account opening activities, provide the documentation requested by the banks and manage the KYC and due diligence processes

Establish and maintain business contacts based on company needs

Ensuring operational setup
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Banking/ Finance/ Accounting or any related field
-
3-6 years of overall experience in a similar position within a financial services or payment solutions provider

Experience working in a global business environment

Ability to make decisions and be solution-driven

Knowledge of the bank account opening process

Regulatory knowledge in the payments area
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language

Strong attention to detail
