A global media company supporting a charitable cause are working with GRS to recruit a Head of Broadcasting Sales & Sponsorship at their newly established Cyprus offices. The successful candidate will have previous experience in selling to both broadcasters and sponsors. This an exciting opportunity to join a campaign driving change on a global scale.   • Represent the media company and campaign with positivity and passion on a European level.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with broadcasters and agency partners at all levels.
  • Collaborate with organizational departments- partnerships solutions, team management, product, content, digital, and research teams to deliver solutions for potential partners
  • Identify and generate new business in assigned territory while renewing and growing past partnerships using key insights and data.
  • Act as a trusted consultant with partners, bringing them solutions and strategies.
  • Take ownership of business with key internal stakeholders to strategize, evaluate, and optimize partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of media industry’s competitive landscape and trends.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in media sales with demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Well versed in all things digital video.
  • Strong, established relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Proactive and collaborative team approach.
  • Expert in developing and selling multi-platform ideas and concept programs.
  • Understanding of the programmatic landscape is a bonus.
