We are working closely with a dynamic start-up operating in the thriving crypto casino industry. With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a talented Head of Casino to lead our casino operations and CRM management within the exciting world of crypto gambling. As the Head of Casino, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our casino operations, with a focus on leveraging customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance player engagement and retention. You will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our online casino platform within the crypto gambling space.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the casino division, including game selection, promotions, and player engagement
  • initiatives.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to maximize player retention and lifetime value.
  • Analyse player data and behaviour to identify opportunities for personalized marketing and
  • engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user experience and drive conversion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in online gambling
 
Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the online gambling industry, with a focus on casino operations and CRM management.
  • Deep understanding of crypto-based gaming and familiarity with blockchain technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful CRM strategies to drive player engagement
  • and retention.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Extensive experience in online casino operations and CRM management.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in online gambling.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and success in a competitive online gaming environment.
