Act as a trusted business partner to the executive team, providing financial insights to drive strategic decisions.

Oversee and enhance pricing models, contract structuring, and commercial terms for all lines of business.

Collaborate with sales and account management teams to provide financial support on client proposals, bids, and renewals, ensuring alignment with profitability targets.

Partner with product and delivery teams to assess the financial viability of new services and technology investments.

Develop and track KPIs to measure the performance of commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability goals.

Provide actionable insights through financial analysis, including revenue and margin optimization, cost management, and scenario planning.

Execute cost optimization initiatives by identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Lead the tracking/progress of cost optimization initiatives and establish a reporting cadence for the Executive team.

Oversight of revenue and gross profit/margin projections by line of business, working closely with the FP&A team to drive commercial and client/deal-related insights.

Work directly with sales, operations, and delivery teams on key commercial activities, including pricing strategy, customer negotiations, and margin analysis.

Conduct deal reviews and risk assessments, providing recommendations to senior leaders on commercial opportunities and risks.

Drive post-deal financial reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and to identify lessons learned for future opportunities.

Foster a culture of collaboration between finance, sales, operations, and delivery teams to enhance commercial outcomes.

Ensure the finance function is positioned as a proactive enabler of business success.

Drive continuous improvement in commercial finance processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with best practices.

Leverage technology to automate and enhance financial models, reporting, and analytics.

Partner with IT and other functions to ensure alignment between financial systems and operational systems.

Ensure robust governance of pricing, contracting, and revenue recognition processes in alignment with global regulatory standards (e.g., IFRS).

Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with commercial activities, including exposure to currency, market, and credit risks.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred is preferred

Professional certifications such as CPA, CIMA, CFA, or ACCA are preferred

10+ years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles, with a strong background in the global technology, managed services, or professional services industries.

Proven ability to influence commercial outcomes through financial insights and decision support.

Hands-on experience in pricing strategy, financial modelling, and contract negotiation in a global, client-facing environment.

Strong track record of driving revenue growth and profitability through collaboration with sales and operational teams.

Proficient in financial modelling, pricing strategies, and advanced Excel techniques.
