The ideal candidate must have a good level of previous experience in a compliance related role as well in a CIF company as well as a degree in Law or another relevant field.   • Maintain legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements 
  • Perform regular monitoring to ensure that compliance standards adhere 
  • Maintain and review policies and procedure to ensure compliance with the CySEC rules and requirements 
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to the regulatory body and Board of Directors 
  • Conduct compliance monitoring of clients and third parties’ day-to-day operation of the organization
  • Manage the compliance and AML functions
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to BoD and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure commitment and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across the organization
  • Preparation of compliance mandatory reports
  • Examine, evaluate, and respond promptly to Client Complaints
  • Research regulatory matters as they arise
  • Provide guidance to other departments
  • Ensure marketing compliance
  • Maintain electronic records with CySEC
  • Working knowledge of MiFID II and GDPR
  • Holder of Degree in Law or any other relevant field.
  • Holder of CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must.
  • At least 4 - 5 years’ experience in a previous Compliance role within a CIF company preferably in the Forex industry.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
