MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements

Perform regular monitoring to ensure that compliance standards adhere

Maintain and review policies and procedure to ensure compliance with the CySEC rules and requirements

Prepare and submit compliance reports to the regulatory body and Board of Directors
-
Conduct compliance monitoring of clients and third parties’ day-to-day operation of the organization

Manage the compliance and AML functions
-
Prepare and submit compliance reports to BoD and regulatory bodies
-
Ensure commitment and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across the organization

Preparation of compliance mandatory reports

Examine, evaluate, and respond promptly to Client Complaints
-
Research regulatory matters as they arise
-
Provide guidance to other departments
-
Ensure marketing compliance
-
Maintain electronic records with CySEC
-
Working knowledge of MiFID II and GDPR
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Holder of Degree in Law or any other relevant field.

Holder of CySEC Advanced Certificate is a must.

At least 4 - 5 years’ experience in a previous Compliance role within a CIF company preferably in the Forex industry.

Fluent in English is a must.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
